2. Accounts

You need an account to play. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One account per person, please.

3. Acceptable Use

Keep it fun for everyone. You agree not to:

• Use offensive, vulgar, or inappropriate usernames or display names
• Harass, abuse, or disrupt other players
• Attempt to cheat, exploit bugs, or manipulate game results
• Use automated tools or bots to interact with the service
• Impersonate other players or Sonic Donkey staff

We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these rules.

4. Intellectual Property

Sonic Donkey, including its design, code, and game mechanics, is our property. Music played during games belongs to the respective artists and rights holders. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially use any part of the service.

5. Termination

We can suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these terms. You can also delete your account by contacting us.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sonic Donkey is provided "as is." We do our best to keep things running smoothly, but we're not liable for downtime, data loss, or any damages arising from your use of the service. Donkey Chips and in-game rewards have no real-world monetary value.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Sonic Donkey after changes means you accept the new terms.
